Equipment to cut, mix and seal
For laying SMARTBLOCK® blocks, ESB offers three pieces of equipment designed for the building site: a band saw for accurate dry cuts, mixers for mortars and a professional polyurethane foam gun.
ESB.ATHENA.515 band saw
Heavy-duty band saw in painted steel with a sliding work table and fixed blade. It dry-cuts aerated concrete, lightweight blocks, Poroton, bricks and clay blocks, both vertically and lengthwise. It switches off automatically at the end of the table stroke, produces little dust and is ready for a dust extractor. It has a 0–90° graduated square, an inclined guide for hollow bricks, wheels, a handle and a lifting hook.

Power Mix mixers
A wheeled mixer with a 65-litre tub and two hand-held mixers for preparing mortars and plasters on site.

Professional metal gun for polyurethane foams and cleaners, used to seal the top joint of the wall and connections.
